  • Assist Chemist in overseeing the day to day lab's operation and to carry out water and effluent testing under the supervision of chemist.
  • Handle archive documents, filing and disposal of documents.
  • To assist in sample receiving and sample registration.
  • Assist the sample/parcel shipment arrangement via FedEx or GDEX.
  • To ensure samples are properly preserved, stored, and discarded.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the laboratory, glassware, and equipment.
  • Ensure proper PPE is implemented while working in the laboratory.
  • Any other duties not specified may be assigned to you from time to time.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Degree in science (Chemistry) or equivalent discipline.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft office Words and Excel.
