Job Description

As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving regional growth and expansion for our client. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts and large companies.
  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing clients to generate additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Proactively address clients' business challenges using subject matter expertise and relevant product lines.
  • Serve as the primary contact for large accounts, maintaining high-level client relationships.
  • Develop and implement aggressive growth plans in the assigned territory, focusing on acquiring new business while preserving existing relationships.
  • Ensure high adherence to internal CRM for accurate sales forecasting and collaborate with operations/products teams to facilitate smooth product delivery, meeting customer service expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 10 years of commercial experience in enterprise sales/key account management in the L&D space.
  • Highly skilled in prospecting and targeting new clients.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Solid negotiation and persuasion skills to address client's unmet needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and navigate through complex situations.
