About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving regional growth and expansion for our leading warehousing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Formulate and execute business development and marketing strategies to optimize rental income and asset value for our warehouse real estate portfolio.
  • Growth and Investment: Drive growth by building relationships and handling end-to-end investment execution, including research, feasibility studies, and financial analysis.
  • Tenancy Management: Secure new tenancies, identify market segments, liaise with property agents, and manage tenancy-related issues.
  • Budget and Reporting: Set up and review budgets and reports on project status, financial performance, and leasing status.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze competitors and benchmarks, and provide regular updates on market conditions, including supply, demand, pricing, and competition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Property Management, Business with over 10 years of sales and development experience within the warehousing/real estate leasing sector.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • In-depth understanding of the warehouse real estate industry, along with a broad network of industry contacts.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening abilities with capacity to articulate complex information in a clear and straightforward manner.
  • Innovative, resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
  • Sales experience in warehousing logistics is highly advantageous.
