Assist to establish and update all the SOPs for EON Berhad and subsidiaries.

  • Assist EON Berhad and subsidiary companies in managing the internal control matters.
  • Follow up with the respective PICs for submission of audit response to GIAD timely (10 working days) and the status of action plans and deadlines on quarterly basis.
  • Assist in conducting Audit Engagement Program for EON Berhad and subsidiaries and AEP report on timely basis.
  • Conduct entrance and exit meeting with Branch Manager, After Sales Head and key branch personnel.
  • Follow up with the submission of evidence for audit findings on timely basis.
  • Observe the midyear stock take at selected branches for EON Group of Companies and prepare report on the result of the stock take.
  • Register all potential risks and follow up with Risk PICs to signoff the Risks Register in Tri-Cor Radar system before the set deadline on quarterly basis.
  • Organize and attend the ERM Validation Sessions for EON Group of Companies.
  • Assist to check that all the proposed mitigation plans for EON Group are executed and are achieved by the respected companies as per the set target of 70% Close Out Rate.
  • Compile and submit the Risk Appetite Monitoring and Risk Cluster to Group Risk for EON Berhad on quarterly basis and follow up with the respective PICs of subsidiaries timely.
  • Prepare and submit Division's Monthly Attendance Record to Human Capital as per deadline.
  • Undertake any other special assignments, adhoc functions and related duties as and when required by the superior.

Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
