- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform network expansion strategies and decisions.

- Customer Experience: Work with network partners to enhance the customer experience, including service quality, facilities, and customer interactions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on network performance, growth, and market conditions. Provide recommendations based on data analysis to senior management.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for network growth and development. Align network objectives with overall business goals and strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for network development initiatives, including recruitment, training, and marketing expenses.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise within the network, including dealer performance problems, operational challenges, and customer complaints.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in network development, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
- Ability to Multitask: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including dealer recruitment, network expansion, and performance improvement initiatives.
