Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels. In addition, responsible to create creative content for all social media platforms.

Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all company social media accounts management
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brandfocused message
  • Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms & increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook and Instagram
  • Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
  • Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction
  • Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
  • Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
  • Monitor, moderate and respond to audience comments; manage social media; and create and/or post shareable videos and images.
  • Perform admin work as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree or Diploma in Digital Media and Communication
  • At least 3year experience in digital media and communication industry
  • English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Self-Starter
  • Positive attitude
  • Good communication skills/friendly, mature, fast learner, social media literacy (facebook, instagram, website), optimizing content and technology, creative mindset, writing skills
  • Creative thinking
  • Able to meet tight dateline
  • Team player
  • Able to work during weekend and public holidays
Bachelor's or Equivalent
