Job Scope:

  • To handle HR matters including recruitment, employee appraisal, update staff personal updates and records.
  • Work closely with department heads to solve dayto
- day HR operational matters.

  • Communicate to government body on statutory related matters.
  • To administer other administration tasks that related to office & equipment, insurance, licensing, company vehicles, hotel & flight arrangements, etc.
  • Assist in preparing the onboarding kit for new hires, such as employee ID and attendance activation in the system and assist in solving issues that arise.
  • To administer the employee's attendance system.
  • To handle any adhoc work that is assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • A recognized Certificate / Diploma in Human Resources or its equivalent.
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of working experience in related fields.
  • Resourceful, organized and excellent interpersonal skills with good problem solving.
  • Knowledge of computer is preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good command of English and Malay language, both verbal and written with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
