Basic Function:

  • As HOD of the department & planning for the whole activity run of QA/QC.
  • Maintaining all the HACCP/GMP & ISO documentation & ensure its comply to rules & regulation.
  • Liase with RND for the product Spec/ Label Review.
  • Liase with S&M for the customer complaint/ Quality Issue.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to establish and maintain quality systems and procedures.
  • Oversee the quality functions including Incoming, Inprocess, Outgoing and Customer satisfaction.
  • Product specification setting up.
  • Leading the new project team. Involving in idea contribution for packaging, product, artwork concept.
  • Laboratory management.
  • GMP, HACCP and ISO 9001 quality system maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years working experience in food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO Well verse in quality and technical parameter of food and beverages will be an advantages.
  • Cheerful disposition with very positive working attitude.
  • Resourceful and have leadership qualities.
  • Innovative and very initiated in work development.
