Handle various administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, maintaining sales documentation, and handling correspondence.

  • Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Coordinate with different departments, such as production and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Provide customer service by addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and handling product/service inquiries.
  • Collect and analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to the sales team. This analysis helps identify sales trends, evaluate sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the customer relationship management system, ensuring accurate and uptodate customer records.
  • Acquire and maintain a good understanding of the company's products or services to effectively assist customers and provide relevant information to the sales team.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of sales support materials such as brochures, presentations, and sales kits. Ensure that the sales team has the necessary materials and resources to effectively engage with customers.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other internal departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fastmoving environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Objectivedriven, selfmotivated and able to work independently.
