  • To checking and verify the any related to shipping and forwarding operations
  • To ensure appropriate coordination between land, marine, and air operations crews in different locations and provide appropriate support to facilitate operations.
  • Seek innovative ways to improve service and cost, which will include both technological and process improvements.
  • To checking and ensure all the complete job operation has been billing.
  • To checking and ensure all the invoice detail and supporting in place before submit to HOD.
  • To Submit the Job Master list with complete cost and Invoice detail to Operation lead.
  • To give instruction to operation assistant for any job or task given.
  • To follow up with Operation assistant for daily report / work permit tracker.
  • Any other duty as assigned by HOD or Management.

Qualification Required

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree holder
  • Minimum 3year(s) experience in operation or in similar position.
  • Computer literate.
  • Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements

Salary:
RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
