  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanour in all customer interactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure job satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Continuously acquire knowledge about products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and follow up quotation for confirmation of order.
  • Follow up and correspond with branch offices and East Malaysia business partners on service jobs status.
  • To ensure accurately and timely billing and costing.
  • To charge in and charge out billing items correctly to reflect actual costing.
  • Assist the Service Manager in preparing technical report and any other related reports
  • To provide feedback and suggestion to improve the workflow process internally.
  • To ensure collection up to date and healthy credit control practice.
  • To assist in sourcing and procurement of spare parts.
  • To perform such other related duties which may be assigned from time to time by the management or designated representative.

Requirements:

  • Minimum with SPM/ Diploma or equivalent in any field of study.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Selfmotivated, teamwork, independent, punctual and reliable with a strong working ethic.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
