Helpdesk Intern Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To be well versed in the company's products or services to assist customers effectively and provide positive resolution to customers' queries.
  • Responsible for all billingrelated functions and issues.
  • Provide advisory service to the public and members of the bureau concerning credit reports and rating understanding.
  • Build and maintain the relationship with the existing members of CBM.
  • Provide training to new/existing members on the CBM system and report understanding.
  • Participate in scheduled events and roadshows.
  • Secretariat for all Operations related meetings and discussions.
  • Perform any other task assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • A recognized Degree or Diploma.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills with a meticulous and accountable approach to work.
  • Ability to multitask, work proactively and thrive in a small team environment.
  • Ability to perform well to achieve task objectives under pressure of tight timelines.
  • Good oral and written English / Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess excellent listening, rationalization and problemsolving skills.

Job Type:
Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay:
RM800 - RM1,000.00 per month
