**Helpdesk Intern Job Description**

**Responsibilities**
- To be well versed in the company’s products or services to assist customers effectively and provide positive resolution to customers’ queries.
- Responsible for all billing-related functions and issues.
- Provide advisory service to the public and members of the bureau concerning credit reports and rating understanding.
- Build and maintain the relationship with the existing members of CBM.
- Provide training to new/existing members on the CBM system and report understanding.
- Participate in scheduled events and roadshows.
- Secretariat for all Operations related meetings and discussions.
- Perform any other task assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- A recognized Degree or Diploma.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills with a meticulous and accountable approach to work.
- Ability to multi-task, work proactively and thrive in a small team environment.
- Ability to perform well to achieve task objectives under pressure of tight timelines.
- Good oral and written English / Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess excellent listening, rationalization and problem-solving skills.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM800 - RM1,000.00 per month
