Responsibilities:

  • To provide general retail and office administrative support and handling admin daily matters.
  • Responsible for the office administration activities including quotation, purchase order, delivery order, invoice and other documentation.
  • Ensure all documents & records are complete & up to date and maintain an effective filing system
  • Keep track of and review timesheet submissions
  • Coordinate and facilitate events and functions including liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor diesel/ petrol, TNG, and other usages for all company trucks
  • Responsible for all admin related bills
  • Other ad hoc duties that may be assigned

Job Requirements:

  • At least 12 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Required skill(s) Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently, matured, pleasant, reliable and result oriented with positive work attitude.
  • Process own transport

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
