Admin HR

  • Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
  • Dealing with company paperwork and filing
  • In charge of coordinating the office equipment maintenance such as photocopy machine, telephone, utility and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness, including organizing and overseeing regular cleaning services.
  • Support other departments with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • To assist in processing and managing foreign workers' permits, termination, cancellation of permits, renewals of CIDB permits etc
  • To assist in preparing monthly payroll calculations including calculation of the overtime claim, and all allowance claims as per the cut-off date.
  • To monitor employees leave & attendance records.
  • Maintains personnel records, updates databases, and creates guidelines
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
  • Preparing any memo, announcement, letter, etc. pertaining to office and HR matters when required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
  • Monthly review & KPI employee
  • Ad-hoc task assign by superior

Requirements:

SPM or above

At least 1 years' experience in related fields.

Additional education, certifications, or experience is advantageous.

Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software may be required.

Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Words, & Excel), etc.

SQL Accounting, GST & SST tax knowledge is an advantage

Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, scanners, printers

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.

Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice.
