Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports to headquarters

  • Develop and maintain a proper filing system.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes of meetings (MOM).
  • Collect payments whether in cash or credit
  • Issue receipts, refund, Payment voucher
  • Manage transactions with customers using cash register

Requirements:

  • Computer skills ( Minimum knowledge in Microsoft Office).
  • Required language (s): English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Positive & good team player.
  • Good attitude, willing to learn and hardworking.
  • Got past experience as Automotive Admin will be an added advantage.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM2,700.00 per month
