JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To assist organize and manage the safe keeping of documents, records and maintain an organized filing for effective data retrieving.
  • To assist accounts executive daytoday accounting transactions & activities such as filing, record, etc.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial report and other related tasks.
  • Prepare payment voucher, official receipts, invoice and any related to the accounts.
  • Maintenance of financial records, including reconciliation and general ledger.
  • Undertake any other special assignment, adhoc functions and related duties as Account Admin Assistant.
  • Preparation for timely closing of monthly account for management review.
  • Maintain efficient filling system for audit and statutory requirement.
  • Assist in other ad hoc finance & accounting related duties as applicable.
  • Preparation for office staff's claims if required.
  • Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably at least 1 year working experience in related field is required for this position.
    Fresh graduate are welcome.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
  • Good accounting & organising skills.
  • Fast & effective: high accuracy required.
  • Able to work independently or as a team.
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia (Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage, if any).
  • Have experience using SQL accounting software will be beneficial.

Pay:
RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
