General Affairs

  • Plan, budget, renovation, identify requirements for office furniture, equipment, facility & amenities for employees, purchase of the equipment and general furniture.


Licensing
  • Company license, permit/certificate for business operation/ General Insurance policy (Motor/Fire/Burglary/Public Liability/PA/H&S & etc), Quit rent & Assessment.
  • Utilities-SAJ/TNB/TM/Indah Water & etc) prepare monthly expenses report.
  • General Office equipment serviceKnowledge of handle Trademark for company logo.
  • Security management.
  • Company car management.
  • Review, draft and advise the management on legal implications of contracts, agreements, correspondences, ongoing litigation, internal policies and manage external lawyers.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder
  • Atleast 3 year(s) of working experience working in managerial skills
  • Managing & problemsolving skill
  • Preferred language: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM7, RM10,000.00 per month
