B2B Executive


Are you a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with a passion for business-to-business (B2B) sales and relationship building? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a B2B Executive.


Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product/

Service Presentation:
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients through presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide strategic input for business growth.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the B2B sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, and provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Negotiation and

Contract Closure:

Conduct negotiations with clients, prepare contracts, and facilitate the closing of deals in collaboration with legal and management teams.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of effective sales collateral.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives established by the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, with a successful track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with
    Cosmetic/health (skincare) and understanding of B2B sales dynamics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels within client organizations.
  • Goal-Oriented: Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and implement effective strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
