Company Overview
The organisation is specialized in manufacturing high precision metal stamping parts for electrical and electronics industries. It is equipped with the latest high technology machines. In order to produce high quality products, all the staffs are trained to be highly skilful and competent.
Responsibilities:
- To assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filing, correspondence & following up on pending matters
- Weekly OT record, staff annual leave record, subcon working hour checking
- To perform general clerical task & duties
- Responsible for any assigned general administrative job
- To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required directed or instructed by Supervisor
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Computer Skill
- Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Able to work independently
- Willing to work in Pandamaran, Port Klang
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday 8.00am to 1.00pm
Pay:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
