ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the full spectrum of Human Resources department
  • Maintain accurate HE database and uptodate employee records
  • Responsible for the recruitment process, conducting orientation or induction for all new staff joined, and processing performance reviews for staff confirmation
  • Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation in accordance with HR practices
  • Attendance, MC, and leave monitoring
  • Process staff salary and allowance
  • Handle staff training and briefings
  • Updated & keep track on company SOP & operation flow
  • Update company policies and employee handbook as needed issued Offer Letter / Memo / Circular / Warning Letter
  • Liaising with government bodies
  • KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN & ZAKAT
  • Announcement new staff recruitment, staff resign, redesignation and promotion
  • Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
  • Organize a filling system for important and confidential company documents
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for staff
  • Other duties which are assigned by HR manager/immediate superior from time to time

Salary:
From RM1,800.00 per month
