Employee Records and Documentation:
HR & Admin assistants play a crucial role in maintaining employee (foreign workers) records and documentation.
They ensure that employee files are complete, accurate, and up-to-date, including personal information, employment contracts, performance evaluations, and other relevant documents.
HR & Admin assistants may also assist in preparing reports and analyzing HR data.- HR Policies and Compliance: HR & Admin assistants support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures within the organization. They may assist in creating or updating employee handbooks, communicating policy changes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. HR & Admin assistants may also assist in conducting training sessions or workshops on HRrelated topics.
- Employee Relations: HR assistants may assist with employee relations matters, such as addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and supporting disciplinary procedures. They may also help with organizing employee engagement activities, recognition programs, or employee surveys.
- HR Systems and Technology: HR assistants may be responsible for maintaining HR databases or systems, entering and updating employee information, and generating HR reports. They should have proficiency in using HR software and tools to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.
