Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Laboratory Manager.
  • Provide administrative and office support for Lab include receiving and directing visitors, preparing PPE for new employees, maintaining and ordering inventory / stationaries in the Lab.
  • Requesting quotation from suppliers and preparing PO.
  • Assist in generating COA reports daily using NAVARIK system and ensuring that all information on the reports is accurate and closing AIMS.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, filing, photocopying of documents, and updating of relevant information into the lab's system.
  • Assist to keep accurate records of data in the Lab Job Board and any historical folders.
  • Assist in preparing paperwork during witnessing jobs (in lab).
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned and required by Management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM and above.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant admin work experiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel.
  • Good working attitude, has initiative, selfmotivated, willing to learn and work hard.
  • Good oral communication and typing skills.
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and able to multitask.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and is a good team player.
  • Able to commence work immediately.
  • Prefer Pengerang and Desaru residents.
