Job description

  • Assist in providing technical support to endusers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Support the maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
  • Participate in routine system upgrades and patch management activities
  • Contribute to software development projects under the guidance of senior developers.
  • Create and update documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
  • Maintain an organized and uptodate repository of technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on various projects, gaining exposure to project management and implementation processes.
  • Assist in researching and evaluating new technologies that align with the company's objectives.

Job Type:
Internship

Contract length: 5-6 months

Salary:
RM RM800.00 per month
