Job Scope and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implements and update project status information and monitoring systems to evaluate project budgets and administer their execution.
  • Prepare preliminary cost estimates, bill of quantities and contract documentation between Cypark, clients, jointventure partners, consultants, contractors and suppliers. Provide technical advice on contractual matters at all stages of proposals and projects.
  • Prepare and issue requests for quotation, evaluate quotations, negotiate and prepare a recommendation to Head of Department/Board of Directors.
  • To issue Letter of Award and Letter of Appointment.
  • Serves as point of contact and advisor to clients on matters related to the firm's services.
  • Provides oversight and coordination to the service delivery process to ensure seamless execution and total client satisfaction.
  • Prepares claims and financial reports, recommendations and correspondence on proposed and ongoing projects, reviews and edits reports.
  • Prepare and present a monthly project performance report (proposals and claims submitted, claims projection, projects ongoing) and forward monthly action plan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma
  • Quantity Survey / Construction Management / Technology Management / Building or related
  • 3 or 4 years experience relevant working experience.

Job Types:

RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
