**角色和職責**:
使用 BIM 建模、AutoCAD、Revit 等準備初步、施工和竣工狀態的圖面和詳細設計文件。
協助各級專案工程師、專案經理等。
規劃所有繪圖請求以滿足提交截止日期。
按時交付所有圖紙,正確且準確的圖紙,並維護已完成圖紙的軟拷貝。
MEP/土木和建築 4D 和 5D BIM 建模師,應能產生圖面和 BIM 模型並產生施工圖/施工圖。
在 Revit 中產生完整的工程 - 機械、電氣或管道圖紙/計劃,只需最少的工程師監督即可用於施工。
產生完整的組合服務圖 (CSD) 和組合建築工程圖 (CBWD)
確保所有圖紙和記錄在整個施工項目期間得到更新、控制和到位。
在施工前階段與我們的客戶合作,建造 3D 模型、2D 施工圖、竣工圖和提交圖。
熟悉權威提交將是一個優勢。

定期向上級/校長提供狀態更新
透過自學和/或正式課程不斷致力於提高和更新技術技能。
協助一般日常營運活動並履行要求、指示或分配的其他職責。
協調主要專案利害關係人之間的所有施工/設計事宜
職位規格/要求

至少 2 年以上大型專案設計、製圖和 BIM 管理經驗。
機械/電氣/土木/結構/建築工程文憑/學位或同等學歷
熟悉最新版本的 AutoCAD 和 Revit 軟體平台
能夠閱讀和理解MEP/C&S圖紙和文件
精通AutoCAD和BIM建模
勤奮、有效率、快速、能夠在最少的監督下獨立工作
