Executive, Sales Admin Malaysian Only

- Maintain and update customer records and sales order request record.
- To coordinate order delivery with relevant departments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Make sure the customer and sales know relevant details on delivery.
- Compile, track, analyze and summaries sales reports for Sales Manager/ HOD.
- Assist in preparing presentation slides for Sales Manager for Internal/ External presentation.
- Prepare Payment requisition, update weekly / monthly sales report.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma.
- Independent, performancedriven, resultdriven and selfmotivated.
- Can read and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an advantage
- Good time management & Stress management.
- Willing to standby all the time for ad hoc stuff.
- Resourceful, meet deadlines, ability to work independently & good teamplayer.
- Possess a positive mindset and is able to work in a fast moving work environment.
- Well versed in English / Mandarin / Cantonese.
- Able to travel & have own transport.
- Malaysian only.
