Our client, a global insurance company, is looking for an International Customer Service Specialist.

Responsible:

  • Support the seamless experience of customers and brokers with our services.
  • Observe key performance indicators including the speed of local policy issuance,reinsurance premium collection.
  • Maintaining the quality of data in administrative systems.
  • Assuring the consistency of local insurance policies and our commitment to the global customer.
  • Conduct all activities in line with operating protocols.
  • Provide support to customers, colleagues and insurance partners on less usual queries and arrangements.
  • Maintain and further develop the relationships with insurance partners.

Requirements:

As a Specialist in International insurance, your skills and experience will ideally include:

  • Passion for insurance, communication and international trade.
  • Experience in international insurance, fronting business, nonlife underwriting, reinsurance or claims is advantage.
  • Technical knowledge of nonlife products and operations (Property, Liability, Technical,
  • Motor, Financial lines) is advantage.
  • Excellent communication and customer focus capabilities.
  • Strong focus on responsibility and accuracy.
  • Excellent English is a must, additional language(Chinese language) is an advantage.

Salary:
RM3, RM5,300.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • STM/STPM (preferred)

Experience:

Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (preferred)
