Position Overview:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve revenue and market share targets in Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, strategic alliances, and acquisitions, to expand brand presence and drive growth in the region.
  • Consistently monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to capitalize on emerging business opportunities.
  • Dive the sales with inspiration and "think out of box" ideas.

Sales and Client Management:

  • Lead a highperforming sales team, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to achieve sales objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop effective gotomarket strategies and ensure successful product launches.

Operations and Team Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of the company's operations in Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the local team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and enhance customer experience.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, implement corrective actions when necessary, and report on key performance indicators to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, ecommerce, digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales achievements in the past, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managerial roles.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare, skincare industry landscape in Malaysia and Singapore, including market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong leadership and self starter skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into effective business strategies.
  • Solid financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and driving financial performance.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fastpaced, dynamic environment, and willingness to travel when required.

Salary:
RM10, RM18,000.00 per month
