We are Honda 4S dealer and seek dedicated, motivated and enthusiastic Job Controller based at our Body and Paint division in USJ, Subang Jaya,

You are required to:

  • Oversee the coordination and execution of all bodyworks and paintworks within workshop
  • Ensure efficient Job Scheduling based on priority, resource availability and customers' requirements
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to coordinate with technicians and other team members to ensure effective, timely and smooth workflow
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct thorough inspections of completed jobs within specifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) certificate Level 3 in Automotive/Mechanical or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' working experience as Job Controller in automotive body and paint industry
  • Able to supervise and interact effectively with team members and customers
  • Familiar with industry regulations and safety standards
  • Knowledgeable in repair techniques, materials and equipment

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 5pm

Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
