Receptionist Admin Officer

Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Book meeting rooms, take messages and minutes during meetings.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
- Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems.
- Manage database entry and client files.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Organize and distribute documents, messages, memo
- Make and confirm travel arrangements.
- Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain confidential department files/records.
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- PC literate with good command of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
