Job Description:

  • Responsibilities
  • To process sales order generate by salesman, issuing invoice/delivery order & prepare shipment for stock delivery.
  • To follow up delivery status & update to supervisor/ salesman accordingly should there any issue.
  • To update invoice in supplier system when necessary.
  • Entertain salesperson for their sales order & sales return.
  • Assist on leave colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Any other duties that assigned from time to time by the management.
Requirement

  • Minimum SPM or above qualification
  • Attention to details and thorough in follow-up
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks and work well with colleagues
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia or English.
