Job Description:
- Responsibilities
- To process sales order generate by salesman, issuing invoice/delivery order & prepare shipment for stock delivery.
- To follow up delivery status & update to supervisor/ salesman accordingly should there any issue.
- To update invoice in supplier system when necessary.
- Entertain salesperson for their sales order & sales return.
- Assist on leave colleagues whenever necessary.
- Any other duties that assigned from time to time by the management.
- Minimum SPM or above qualification
- Attention to details and thorough in follow-up
- Ability to handle multi-tasks and work well with colleagues
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia or English.
