2) Program Management:

  • Carry out desk & phone research and gather competitor intelligence to determine the commercial viability and timing of the training (yearly).
  • Reading and analyzing news and article to gain an insight into current issues and market trends across different industries.

3) Trainer's Management:

  • Managing relationship with a range of existing and new trainer/ speakers.
  • Manage trainer's confirmation and arrangement for program delivery.
  • Working with other teams and lead en route for successful delivery.
  • General/Other administrative duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
  • Minimum with 35 years experience in working with industry.
  • Familiar with HRDF claims.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problemsolving attitude.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)
