Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead an entire marketing team and oversee all marketing campaigns (online & offline) for the company.
  • Working with the team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and publicfacing, communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels (Website, Facebook, Instagram, Ecommerce stores etc.).
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly/quarterly/annual reports to senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • Possesses at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of working experience in marketing with extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels and branding.
  • Experience measuring performance, creating dashboards, and drawing insights for further optimization, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
  • Superb leadership, communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of written and spoken Malay, English & Chinese.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
