Client-facing role that involves managing the overall business relationship

  • Account mapping, breaking down business units, running QBRs, and ensuring SOP execution
  • Creating, monitoring, and distributing reports, and being responsible and accountable for performance management, market analysis, and industry awareness
  • Driving internal collaborative efforts and supporting best practices in client reviews, strategic business plans, valueadded programs, process improvements, tender management, and technology solutions
  • Impact and coverage analysis to identify service or opportunity gaps, penetrate the organizational structure, and develop relationships beyond the main points of contact
  • Maintaining rates and assessing yields monthly, monitoring accounts for timely payments, and assisting with collections on pastdue invoices
  • Entering all meeting notes, action items, complaints, and compliments into the company's CRM and distributing them to appropriate people in the global network
  • Travelling, when necessary, within the region to visit accounts/account sites and Crane Worldwide offices to review procedures and maintain customer information/satisfaction
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, identifying growth opportunities, and developing a strategy to secure opportunities with the appropriate internal resources
  • Creating a business development plan with short
- and long-term business objectives, initiatives, and quantified value-added contribution
