  • Coordinate and oversee regular building maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
  • Schedule and supervise maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor facilities' systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Manage facility budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports.
  • Respond to facilityrelated emergencies.
  • Coordinate office moves, space planning, and office setup.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of facility policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper functioning of security systems and protocols.
