Role Purpose:

  • The positions manage the operation of GPS in FMB Store and Assist Supervisor GPS on both GPS & MABES Operations

Key Accountability:

  • Customer Experience
  • To set and deliver high quality of customer services towards respective end user such as Cabin Crew & Tech Crew.
  • Assist Staff Services department related to delivery order of stock, stock take, minimum stock level and etc
  • Planning on disposal of Accessories and managing waste as per stated in MICSA.
  • Monitor and cover any shortage of manpower in GPS FMB & MABES
  • To assist any workload from superior regarding any additional work request.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum STPM/SPM
  • Special / Professional Certificate
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken

Years of Experience:

  • 2 years related experience (STPM) or 5 years related experience (SPM)

Areas of Experience:

  • Basic Warehouse/Store operation
  • Customer services skills
