Administrative Support:
- Coordinate and perform administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide efficient office support services to various departments.
- Handle travel tracking and coordination for staff, including booking accommodations and transportation.
- Manage incoming/outgoing office mails, courier services, phone receptions, etc.
- Perform inventory management of consumables, office supplies, personnel, PPE, and other related items.
- Maintain office records/files per Management Protection of Information guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain expense statements accurately.
- Coordinate and manage special events as required.
- Disseminate building management special announcements to staff.
- Handle any administrative or other business services related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
; Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in office administration are a plus).
- Proven experience as an office administrator, receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
