Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operation and upkeep of office administrative facilities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and work reports
- Produce cost comparisons and briefs
- Liaise and coordinate with various departments at all levels within the corporate offices
- Provide quality customer service in a professional environment
- Listen to feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Undertake any other administrative tasks and/or responsibilities assigned by management
- Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent
- Working experience as an admin executive is preferred
- Experience in handling large-scale offices is an added advantage
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Applications
