Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize debt recovery while minimizing losses.

  • Review and approve settlement offers, payments arrangements within established guidelines.
  • Supervise, train and motivate collection team to achieve performance targets and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present reports on collection activities.
  • Followup with borrowers if Collection Department have any issues.
  • Initiate and monitor legal actions with legal department.
  • Weekly review and conduct monthly meeting according to frequency.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and initiate collection activities for overdue payments.
  • Provide excellent customer services while managing inquiries and concerns related to credit and collections.

Qualification

  • Degree / Diploma in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 5 years related experience in Collection, Credit and / or Finance Functions.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills with ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information's.

Salary:
RM5, RM5,200.00 per month
