COCOdry isn't just about giving people great hair days; it's about maintaining a strong financial foundation too.

Job Description:
Overseeing the inventory of products that COCOdry sells or distributes and managing the storeroom.

This includes ensuring an adequate stock of finished products to meet customer demands and maintaining a well-organized system to track product quantities.

Preparing invoices for billing purposes, such as reviewing sales orders, events, contracts, or service agreements to determine the scope of products or services provided to clients

Accounts Payable:
Processing invoices, matching purchase orders with invoices, and reconciling vendor statements. Managing credit card purchases and handling financial transactions for COCOsquad. This includes creating payments for COCOdry through Maybank Business.

Accounts Receivable:
Preparing and issuing customer invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.

General Ledger Maintenance:
Assisting in maintaining the general ledger by recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial data.

Bank Reconciliation:
Reconciling bank statements and other financial statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Expense Tracking:
Reviewing and processing employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Data Entry:
Accurately inputting financial transactions into the accounting software and maintaining organized records.

Financial Reporting:
Assisting in preparing various financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Assist in Audits:
Collaborating with senior finance team members during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Assist in Budgeting:
Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.

Ad Hoc Tasks:
Supporting the team with various ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
