This role is responsible for providing support to the Sales team in soliciting orders for

existing or potential customers to buy services.

Experience/Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Exemplary time management skills
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
  • Persistent and resultsoriented
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection
  • Diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus

Desired:

  • Working knowledge of CRM Systems
  • Prior project management and problemsolving skills

Key Results:
Outbound contacting

Responsible for identifying and proactively contacting potential clients and propose our services.

KPI:
Daily 30 productive outbound calls to prospect clients.

Reporting

Responsible for weekly reporting on the contacts made.

KPI:
Timely accurate and detailed reporting

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Salary:
RM3, RM3,200.00 per month
