Essential:
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Exemplary time management skills
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and resultsoriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus
Desired:
- Working knowledge of CRM Systems
- Prior project management and problemsolving skills
Section C:
Key Results
Outbound contacting
Responsible for identifying and proactively contacting potential clients and propose our services.
KPI:
Daily 30 productive outbound calls to prospect clients.
Reporting
Responsible for weekly reporting on the contacts made.
KPI:
Timely accurate and detailed reporting.
Salary:
Up to RM3,200.00 per month
