Responsibilities

  • To raise Documentation (Requisition Form, Memo & etc )
  • To ensure all the payments are made on time.
  • To ensure Filling in place
  • Liaise with Finance on documentation submitted & follow up on the payments
  • To follow up with Contractor on the work done, compiling work done report and Invoices
  • To perform ad hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business administration/property Management or equivalent
  • Creative, innovative, good interpersonal skill, and able to work in team.
  • Meticulous on details & good with paperwork
  • Excellent time management skills and willing to learn new thing.
  • Proficient in oral and written English and Malay.

Job Type:
Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Salary:
RM RM1,000.00 per month
