1. Responsible for the entire operations of the Kitchen, assuring the canteen has the best culinary reputation while maintaining food costs.

  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen by follow Daily Cleaning Schedule
  • Together with the team to ensure work as a teamwork with good communication skill among the staff and customers.
  • To follow Haccp, Food Safety procedure by maintain and consistent implement the procedures.
  • Good attendance and punctuality.
  • Attend Food & Beverage Meeting, Conduct meetings with the whole kitchen brigade weekly to discuss problems, changes to menus/recipes, upcoming business, special promotions etc.
  • Work with the Cost Controller to ensure all menus, dishes and recipes are costed.

RM700.00 per month
