Roles and Responsibilities:
To organize the despatch of documents, monitor incoming and outgoing documents, maintain printing/photocopying, assisting the Finance Department, HRA Department, and the other departments as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Staff attendance (daily).
  • Maintaining printer/photocopying machine (ensure papers are promptly stoked on time).
  • Receiving letter/documents/parcels.
  • Collect letters from the pigeonhole.
  • Maintaining TNT/DHL/Nationwide account user portal.
  • Bank in cash & cheques on behalf of the Finance Department.
  • Submitting and receiving documents from Part-Time Lecturers (GH/PMC/Seberang Jaya GH/BM Hospital).
  • Endorsing HRA documents at LHDN.
  • Trips to POS Malaysia for Wang Pos/Stamps/Postage.
  • Payment at KWSP and Socso.
  • Collecting Whitecoat/Suppliers payments/laundry/stationary purchase and other duties as per requested by the Purchasing Department.
  • Purchase monthly pantry items as per requested by Secretary.
  • Undertake assignments, adhoc tasks, and related duties as and when required.
