Oversee the operations of the treasury functions for 3 business entities in Asia region to achieve the department's goals and objectives.


  • Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
  • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
  • Effectively use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions.
  • Manage the preparation of the company's budget, report to management on variances from the established budget and the reasons for those variances.
  • Engage in ongoing cost reduction analysis in all areas of the company.
  • Compile key business metrics and report on them to management.
  • Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis and discounted cash flow analysis.
  • Create additional analysis and reports as requested by management.
  • Assist in processing payroll, employment statutory reporting and payment.
  • Administering employee benefits, annual leaves, claims, performance documentation and etc.
  • Maintaining the employee handbook and organizational staffing chart.

Requirements:

  • Possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance or accounting, or equivalent.
  • 3 years relevant experience in preferably in a division of a large corporation.
  • Possess prior exposure to Singapore GST structure and experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skill is essential, particularly in regard to presenting the results of analysis to management.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • Highly detailoriented, able to work independently and handle multitask.
  • Familiar with HR function and general labour laws is a plus.

Salary:
RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
