The Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to the Deputy GM and the company.

This includes but not limited to the following duties:

  • Maintain office supplies.
  • Maintain files/records and ensure document filing (soft and hard copy) is up to date, traceable and easy to retrieve.
  • Document translation.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, etc.
  • Verify and process employee expenses claims.
  • Travel arrangements for staff and guests including transport and hotel bookings, etc.
  • Implement all relevant policies, activities, government, and statutory procedures.
  • Handle Employment Pass related matters.
  • Perform additional duties as required by superior.

Qualification/Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

JLPT N2 level certificate or above.

  • Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Has admin/account experience. Work experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a professional and appropriate manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow up actions.
  • Demonstrate initiative, motivation, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.

Pay:
RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
