Job Responsibilities:
Manage voice channel operations, develop strategies, and execute promotions to increase turnover.

Establish and maintain key partnerships with associations and anchors to develop top-tier anchors and enhance managerial skills.

Stay updated on industry trends, products, and hot topics for prompt policy and strategy adjustments.

Analyze channel performance data, address reviews, and optimize strategies.

Recruit agencies and hosts for market expansion and collaborate with local content providers for a "Live+" ecosystem.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher.

minimum of two years of experience in voice livestreaming.

Deep knowledge of the voice channel ecosystem and anchor dynamics

Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.

Self-motivated and proactive.

Able to start work in short period of time
