Spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to penetrate and expand our market share in Malaysia.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish relationships with prospective clients, and secure new accounts.
Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to optimize sales efforts and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to assess progress against goals and inform strategic decision-making.
Build and provide guidance, training, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Malaysian market.

Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and account management principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is a plus (Mandarin).Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
